This plan is for the Sage BusinessWorks customer who places heavy demands on their accounting system and who requires priority level support. Unlimited calls to our customer support staff are a benefit of this plan.
By upgrading to the Gold Plan, you will be equipped with the premier support solution. In addition to having unlimited access to Sage Software Online and all the other Subscription Plan benefits, the Gold plan provides you with these added benefits:
Silver Plan - Annual Support Agreement
This plan is ideal for customers who are familiar with Sage BusinessWorks and desire backup when their Sage BusinessWorks Partner is unavailable. This plan provides 10 calls/cases to our customer support staff per year.
The Silver Plan provides you with all the benefits of the Subscription Plan, plus:
Subscription Plan - Annual Maintenance Agreement
This plan is essential for every Sage BusinessWorks customer. It provides automatic updates to your accounting system as well as access to Sage Software Online (SSO).
